Damaged Copies

If your book arrives with significant damage that makes it unreadable (such as missing pages or severe printing errors), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate your concern and, if applicable, send you a replacement copy at no additional charge.

• Include: Order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.

We do not offer refunds for cosmetic issues such as bent corners, scuffed covers, or minor imperfections that do not impact the content.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During periods of high demand or new releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives significantly damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you. For damaged items, photos and order details are required for replacement consideration.
